This half-size convection oven has a small footprint but packs a punch with two tubular heaters that provide a total of 5.6 kW of heating power!
The manual temperature control ranges from 93°C - 260°C (200°F - 500°F) A two-speed 1/4 HP convection motor ensures even temperatures within the oven for optimal baking results.
The interior of the convection oven is made of a dual-sided porcelianized baking compartment liner, making it easy to clean and durable. A total of (5) 13” x 18” half size sheet pans can be loaded with 9 different rack positions with a minimum of 1 5/8” spacing. Included are (5) chrome plated racks as well!
